Who we are

This website, winmingit.com, is run by WinMing International Trading Co., Ltd, a company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands ("WinMing IT", "we"). We are the data controller for the personal data described here.

What we collect

• From the route latency request form: name, work email, company, the two endpoints you enter, and optionally service, bandwidth, target live date and your message.
• From the due-diligence pack request form: name, work email, company, role and optionally your message.
• Emails you send us, and the details in them.

We do not use cookies on this website.

Why we use it

• To answer your request: send latency figures, options and quotes.
• To run pre-contract due diligence: send an NDA and the due-diligence pack, and discuss a possible contract.

We rely on your consent, given with the checkbox on each form, and on the steps you ask us to take before a contract. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us; this does not affect what we did before.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data. We do not send marketing emails unless you ask for them.

Who processes it for us

• Form delivery: a form-handling provider receives form submissions and passes them to us.
• Email: our business email provider, which stores the emails we send and receive.

International transfers

Our buyers and our service providers are located outside the British Virgin Islands, so your data may be transferred to and stored in other countries. We use providers that protect it under their terms of service and applicable law.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for 24 months. After that we delete it, unless we have entered into a contract with you, in which case contract records are kept as the law requires.

Your rights

Under the Data Protection Act, 2021 of the British Virgin Islands you can ask us to give you access to your personal data, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Email bo.finance@winmingit.com. If you are in the EU, the UK or an Asian jurisdiction, your local law may give you additional rights; we will honour them where they apply.

Changes

If we change this policy we update the date at the top of this page.
