What contract terms do you offer?
Terms are agreed per service. A longer term usually lowers the monthly price, and we quote the options side by side.
Can services be protected?
Yes, where the route allows it. Ask for a protected or diverse path and we price it next to the standard option.
How long until a service is live?
It depends on the route and on the cross-connects at both ends: a few weeks where we already have capacity and a cross-connect is all that is needed, longer where a new circuit or tail has to be built. We confirm the date in the order.
